By accessing or using VibeCodeScan AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by VibeCodeScan AI and is intended for use by developers, founders, and teams who wish to analyze code for security vulnerabilities and quality issues.

2. Description of Service

VibeCodeScan AI is a code analysis platform that scans source code for security vulnerabilities, exposed secrets, and logic issues. The Service provides a "Ship-Ready Score" and detailed findings with recommendations. The Service is provided "as is" and should not be considered a substitute for professional security audits. Results are generated using AI and may contain inaccuracies.

3. User Accounts

You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. To access premium features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Subscription tiers include Free, Indie ($29/month), Studio ($79/month), and Agency ($199/month), each with different feature access and usage limits.

5. Code and Data Handling

Code submitted for scanning is processed in isolated environments and is not stored permanently unless you maintain an active account with scan history. We do not share your code with third parties. Code analysis is performed using AI models, and snippets may be sent to AI providers for analysis purposes only. You retain all rights to your code. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) scan code you do not have the right to analyze; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service; (c) submit malicious code designed to attack the Service; (d) exceed your subscription tier's usage limits through automated means; (e) resell or redistribute scan results without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

VibeCodeScan AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will identify all security vulnerabilities or code issues. In no event shall VibeCodeScan AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
