1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: account information (name, email), code submitted for scanning, and payment information processed through Stripe. We also collect usage data including scan history, feature usage, and browser information through analytics tools. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, process scans and generate reports, manage your account and subscriptions, communicate about the Service, and analyze usage patterns to improve our product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Code Data

Code submitted for scanning is processed in isolated environments. For authenticated users, scan results (but not full source code) are stored to provide scan history. Code snippets included in findings are retained as part of the scan report. Unauthenticated scan data is automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not use your code to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, AI language models for code analysis, and analytics services for usage tracking. Each service has its own privacy policy governing the data they process. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and isolated processing environments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

Account information is retained while your account is active. Scan results are retained according to your subscription tier's history limits (see our Terms of Service for tier details). Upon account deletion, your personal data and scan history will be removed within 30 days. Payment records may be retained as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and associated data, export your scan reports, and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Service's support channels.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
